iForged wheels are among the strongest, lightest, fastest wheels available for cars like Porsche, BMW, Audi, Ferrari,
Lamborghini, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes, Corvette, Viper and more. iForged USA also specializes in custom offsets and
custom lips sizes for most widebody conversions.

The forging process, using high pressure and temperature, changes the non-directional grain structure of cast aluminum
starting material to the high integrity multi-directional grain structure of forgings. The aluminum remains solid throughout
the process as the forging dies come together and change the shape of the round bar to the cylindrical shape of the wheel.
This forging preform is then placed in a custom built spin forging machine to forge the rim section.

	The Formula series is made up of modular 2 and 3 piece construction alloys that are manufactured to increase the strength of the wheel while reducing the overall weight. We currently offer fourteen styles in this series. These styles are available in 18"-24" diameter sizes with widths varying from 7" to 15". These wheels are offered in a variety of widths and offsets to fit your vehicles custom needs.
	The Precision series is made up of modular 2 and 3 piece construction alloys that is manufactured with Xtreme Fit Technology. All of the Precision Series wheels will yield a 1" deeper dish than the Formula Series. The flexibility of the new proprietary forging allows us to fit larger lips as well as clear larger aftermarket brake calipers.
	The VIP Label is directed towards premium luxury and SUV applications. This series is made up of modular 2 piece and 3 piece construction alloys that are manufactured to increase the strength of the wheel while offering 5 beautiful styles with more on the way. These styles are available in 18"-24" diameter sizes with widths varying from 7" to 15".
	The Track Edition is the newest product release in the iForged wheel series. iForged Track Edition wheels are designed for track and street applications and are formed from strong and lightweight 1 piece forged 6061-T6 aluminum. The Track Edition lineup in inspired by motorsport styling and is engineered to minimize unsprung mass and rotational inertia. We currently offer five styles in this series. These styles are available in 19” diameter sizes with widths varying from 8.5” to 11”.
